If you can use some guidance with your work outs then this is the right place for you. Our coaches adjust the PT’s specifically to your goals, wishes and training level. The PT’s are held in our spacious, comfortable Boutique Gym. At the moment there are two types of Personal Training programs:

  • Strength Training and Hormonal Balance Fitness
  • Kick fit and Self-defense (beginner level and advanced)



This program does miracles for your posture, energy levels and mental/emotional stability.

Kickboxing is my biggest passion and I convey this through my classes. My PT classes are varied and adjusted to your level and your goals. I believe that kickboxing is the way to build mental resilience, strength and stamina. Learning something new can bring a lot of happiness. Kickboxing is a lot more than just kicking and hitting. It is a very technical sport that I like to focus on in my classes. Watching people who I train advance and learn is the greatest thing about my job.”
